Last night was the start of something delicious! We have started an international dinner club. We are planning to meet monthly with three additional couples to share a good meal and life together. A different couple will be hosting each month, they choose the theme, cook the main dish and delegate the sides. Matt and I were first to host, and we chose Thai as our theme. We decided upon a chicken stir-fry in a peanut sauce. They Story’s brought amazing Thai rice and a cucumber salad, the Blofsky’s sweetened our palates with fried banana’s and vanilla ice cream. Everything was sooooo yummy. We were all fans of Thai. We ended the night with an intense game of nerts, where Kari managed to leave us all in the dust! We were all very sad to be missing the last couple in our group, but cant wait for them to join us next time. Here are some pictures from our time together… soo yummy!
